This year, funds raised will go towards our $100,000 commitment to the new Robotics and Automation Space at Brookfield East High School. In order to meet new industry demands and respond to high student interest in authentic, hands-on experiences, the District has invested $1.6 million in the renovation of a classroom space for a new Robotics and Automation course, as well as a dedicated, full-size competition space for its state champion robotics club. The EEF commitment will support the purchase of new technology, robotics and automation tools, storage, and design/build furniture for the Elmbrook Robotics space.
